Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Horizh app or website. By creating an account or using Horizh, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. About Horizh

Horizh is operated by Horizh Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Horizh mobile application and website (horizh.com). For questions, contact us at support@horizh.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Horizh. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.

3. Account Registration

To use Horizh you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@horizh.com

You may not create accounts for others or use another person's account without permission.

4. The Service

Horizh provides AI-powered physique analysis and personalised workout planning. The service includes:

AI analysis of body photographs to score muscle development
Personalised 30-day workout plans based on scan results
Workout logging and progress tracking
AI-generated daily fitness tasks and supplement guidance

5. Important Health Disclaimer

Horizh is a fitness guidance tool only. It is NOT a medical service and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI analysis of body photographs is for general fitness purposes only. Always consult a qualified medical professional before starting any new exercise programme, particularly if you have any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns. Horizh Ltd accepts no liability for any injury or health issue arising from following the app's recommendations.

6. Photographs and Content

By uploading photographs to Horizh, you:

Confirm the photographs are of yourself and you are the owner
Grant Horizh a limited licence to process the photographs for the purpose of providing AI analysis
Confirm the photographs do not contain minors
Confirm the photographs do not violate any third party rights

You may not upload photographs of other people without their explicit consent. You may not upload photographs that are obscene, offensive, or illegal.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Free tier

Horizh offers a free tier with limited functionality including one AI body scan.

Pro subscription

Full access to Horizh requires a paid subscription at £7.99 per month or £64 per year (prices may vary by region and may change with notice). Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms.

Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
Cancellations must be made through your App Store or Google Play account settings
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
Horizh Ltd is not responsible for App Store or Google Play billing issues

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Upload photographs of minors or non-consensual images of others
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or access our systems without authorisation
Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
Impersonate any person or entity
Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes third party rights
Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the service

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and features of Horizh are owned by Horizh Ltd and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our written permission.

Your personal data (photographs, workout logs, scan results) remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Horizh Ltd shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, revenue, or profits
Physical injury arising from following workout recommendations
Inaccuracies in AI-generated physique scores or recommendations
Service interruptions or technical failures

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@horizh.com. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
