How accurate is the AI scoring?

Our AI uses GPT-4o vision — the same model powering cutting-edge medical imaging tools. It scores what it sees in your photos. Think of it like having an IFBB physique judge in your pocket. Scores are honest, not inflated.

How often should I scan?

Every 30 days. This gives your body enough time to visually change between scans. Scanning too frequently shows minimal change and can be demotivating. Monthly scans tell the real story.

Are my photos stored securely?

Yes. Photos are stored on Supabase encrypted servers and are never shared or used for training AI models. You can request deletion of all your data at any time by emailing support@horizh.com.

Do I need gym equipment?

Your workout plan is built around your equipment. You set whether you train at a gym, at home, or with limited equipment during onboarding. The AI builds your plan accordingly.

Will my score keep going up forever?

No — and that's the point. Our scoring uses diminishing returns. The closer you get to elite physique status, the harder each point is to earn. A 95 score requires genuinely competition-level development. Average dedicated gym-goers plateau around 65-75.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, anytime through the App Store. No cancellation fees. Your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period.
